Lawrence has been my fitness coach for around 6 months, before then I was putting in more hours per week into fitness but had reached a plateau in my progress. Lawrence has helped me to understand how to progress as a runner, running smarter not just longer and I have been blown away by the progress I have made, beating my 5k personal best by minutes. He has developed running plans that have kept me gradually improving. As well as managing my running, he has created and subsequently adjusted and improved my weight training, taking into account the limited equipment I have at home. I have increased in strength and lean muscle mass which was one of my goals. He comments on my workouts and gives me insight into the thought process of particular exercises, which helps me develop my own understanding. We have also had regular video calls to discuss progress and answer any questions I have in a longer form. I cannot recommend Lawrence enough, he is extremely knowledgeable and motivated to meet his clients needs.

After the first intro session, I managed to get completely new perspectives on health and fitness (and this comes from someone who trains a fair amount and thought I "knew it all").
