Monthly video consultation calls help us understand how our clients are responding to their exercise and lifestyle prescriptions, and, throws light on the external influences that might be impacting their progress.
We use the CoachRx App to send daily Exercise and Lifestyle prescriptions to our clients.

TONUS is run by Laurence Dawson (aka Coach Lolo). Laurence qualified as a Personal Trainer whilst serving as a UK Military Reservist. During his early PT career he coached endurance athletes, youth weightlifting groups and individuals recovering from drug and alcohol issues.
More recently he has focused on coaching competitive Functional Fitness Athletes, Long-Distance Triathletes, Ultra-Trail Marathon Runners, Fixed-Seat Coastal Rowing Teams and Military/Law Enforcement.
